DynAPI 3 beta 2 was released on August 2, 2005 and can be downloaded here.
The documentation and examples for DynAPI 3 beta 2 can be viewed here.
Here are some thoughts on a RoadMap for getting release 3 final. Feel free to add your ideas to the RoadMap.

A very good engine. But I believe that it would be one step closer to complete with a ScrollToCoord(x,y) function added to the DynDocument object, seeing as you already have the related feature "showScrollBars(b)". Just a thought for any future official releases.
